What is Zone Zero?

California AB 3074 is active law, establishing Zone Zero — a mandatory non-combustible zone within 5 feet of your home in designated High and Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones.

Its goal is to reduce wildfire risk by keeping highly flammable materials away from your home. Insurance companies have already taken notice — many are now factoring Zone Zero compliance into coverage decisions and policy renewals.
